For lifetime packages: Full amount can be refunded if the request is received within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, no refund will be processed. Whether the account is activated or not, the grace period to request a refund is 2 weeks for both yearly and lifetime subscriptions. Any add-on paid requests by the customer cannot be refunded. In case of a fraudulent transaction or a dispute raised by the bank, the subscription amount cannot be refunded. 3- Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of submission. All data associated with the customer’s account will be permanently deleted after the refund is processed. 4- Changes to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify the terms of the refund policy without prior notice.
